Manship Chapel Prayer Chain Text Notification Program

Manship Chapel provides an optional SMS/text-message notification service for members who wish to receive prayer-chain and related informational notifications.

Enrollment

Participation is voluntary. Members are enrolled in the prayer-chain text notification program only after giving consent to receive SMS/text messages from Manship Chapel.

Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of membership, participation in worship services, or participation in other Manship Chapel activities.

Types of Messages

Messages may include prayer requests, prayer-chain notifications, church reminders, and related informational communications from Manship Chapel.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies depending upon prayer requests and church communications.

Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply according to the recipient’s mobile telephone service plan.

Opting Out

Recipients may stop receiving text messages at any time by replying STOP to a Manship Chapel text message. After opting out, the recipient will receive confirmation that they have been unsubscribed.

Help

Recipients may reply HELP for assistance.

Privacy

Manship Chapel respects the privacy of participants in its SMS program. Mobile phone numbers and SMS consent information will not be sold, rented, shared, or provided to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Delivery

Mobile carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery of SMS messages may be affected by the recipient’s mobile carrier, service availability, device, or other circumstances beyond Manship Chapel’s control.
